Burt's Bees Goodness Glows Liquid Foundation, Deep Maple, 1.0 Ounce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Burt's Bees Goodness Glows Liquid Makeup Foundation is the only foundation that I have found that does not make my skin break out!! It feels so light and natural, and does not end up making my skin produce an excessive amount of oil, or dry it out! I am super impressed with the quality of the make up. The color I had ordered online was 'Ivory' which is a tad bit too light for my current skin tone because in the summer I tan well. I do have a Burt's Bees BB creme that is darker, so I mix a small amount of each and use as my foundation and this has worked extremely well! I also am able to go in and touch up any areas that need to be lightened or darkened with the corresponding foundation or BB creme. This duo has worked very well for me! I will be buying a shade darker of the foundation if I end up needing more before the winter months, otherwise the Ivory would be a perfect match to my skin tone for the winter months! The most impressive thing about this liquid foundation for me is that it doesn't create a problem with my skin as far as acne goes, which gives me the freedom to wear make up when I want to wear it, instead of consistently having to use it just to cover up a problem that most foundations start which is acne and blackheads. I gave this foundation five stars because it has exceeded my expectations, even though I wasn't able to find the exact match to my skin tone on the first try, mixing it with the Burt's Bees BB creme that I had already owned made a great combination, and in addition, it is gentle to my skin, giving me the freedom to wear makeup when I want. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really picky when it comes to foundations I want something that's light and doesn't leave me feeling greasy and doesn't make me look like I'm wearing a mask. so I was really surprised by Burt's Bees product the color is in the caramel family which for other brands is usually really dark but for me wasn't a hundred percent perfect match but a good 85%. the glow is very noticeable and yes throughout the day you can start to look a bit shiny but nothing that blotting or putting a little powder won't fix. to me that was not a deal-breaker but I know for some people with extra oily skin that can be, so if you are super oily skin maybe I wouldn't recommend it but otherwise yeah. it goes on like a moisturizer and it was there all day I could hardly notice besides the evening color of my skin that I was wearing anything. when I looked in the mirror I wasn't seeing blotchy spots or I don't know how to describe it's like you can see dry skin is painted with makeup I wasn't seeing that with with this products so I would totally when the bottles out get another one. Oh yeah one more thing and a lot of people get this but it didn't build up or have that crease Mark around the nose later in the day it didn't build up there so that's a positive
