poor quality for the price

I have ordered 3 of these. The 1st one had a lot of imperfections, but I liked the look and size(24x30) of this , so I ordered a 2nd one. It had a 9.5in streak across the top of it, so I returned it. Really wanting a good one I ordered for the third time. It came in decent shape, but it had a black background. The 1st two had a gray background which is what I wanted, so I sent it back. Now I am trying to decide if I should keep the 1st one with imperfeactions that I might could touch up or send it back.
