Like many people for a while I thought my eyeliner dried out excessively quickly...like markers, pressure needs to be made to the tip for that to happen, but that's not convenient to do on skin or the eyelids. What I do is I press the tip to the inside wall of the cap and voilá, the tip gets saturated and I can draw on my eyelid with no problem. I do this as many times as I need to, and the eyeliner lasts me for weeks. I get lots of compliments and get asked frequently what eyeliner I use and people hardly believe it's maybelline.

The pen is super precise, the color is opaque, it doesn't smudge or smear, but the first one I had fell apart in my purse after one wear, three days after I bought it :( . I bought another one bc the product was so good, and the cap was just as super loose and extremely easy to knock off with just one little touch. Can't keep it in my purse to reapply or even in my makeup bag.
