Incorrect Description

This tire is listed incorrectly on the Walmart web site as a radial tire when it is in fact a bias ply tire. I am unable to use it but Walmart is refusing to take it back and refund my money. Walmart says the tire is being sold on their web site by a third party and I must deal with them for a return. The third party supplier is saying I must process the return through Walmart. I have spent hours trying to get approval for a return. No success yet.
