Microdry Fitness Foam Roller for Muscle Relief, Firm 13" x 5.3", Dark Gray

My son plays soccer and his coach keep telling him he need to get one of these. Now that he has one we understand why one was needed. He has been able to work out his muscles in his legs and back after every practice and game. And let me tell you it has made a difference on how much longer he can play. Its very firm but all you have to do is roll wherever you need to workout. I hasnt lost any of its shape at all. Overall for anyone who need helps and can do it themselves.

This is a very large, dense foam roller with a smooth surface. Measuring 13" x 5.3", it would be most useful for a tall or large person's fitness needs. I'm 5'6” and 120 lbs. Because the roller's diameter is so large and there is no give to it, it is far too big for stretching my back. However, I'm able to use it to stretch my calves and ankles. While I prefer more flexible rollers, the Microdry is well-made and sturdy. For a larger person looking for a hard roller for stretching or support, it's a great item.
