Product Overview
This Olympic EZ curl barbell is designed to make it easier for you to perform curls with proper form. It has a curve to the bar itself so you can easily grip and do different types of curls from preacher and spider curls to triceps extensions and more.
You’ll get a bar weighing 20 lbs., which can then hold additional weight in the form of plates. That way you’ll be able to get the full workout you’re looking for. Made with heavy-duty steel, the bar also has an oxide finish, which provides even more durability.
Overall, it has a shaft diameter of approximately 1.12” and is over 47” long. Not only that but it won’t crack or break under intense use.
