Instructions
1. Hang the enema bag on a hook or shower rod. 2. Connect the hose to the bag and the nozzle. 3. Turn on the water supply and adjust the flow rate using the valve. 4. Insert the nozzle into the rectum and slowly release the water. 5. Continue until the bag is empty or you feel the urge to stop. 6. Remove the nozzle and turn off the water supply. 7. Clean the enema kit with soap and water and allow it to dry completely before storing it.
