These little muffins have become a handy go to in our house ! Quick pantry staple for breakfast in a rush or even dessert after supper, they are yummy and satisfying with no guilt, the protein factor keeps you satisfied for hours. Texture and flavor are great, sometimes i add nuts or unsweetened coconut to the dry before water is stirred in, 60 seconds and VOILA 😋

I didn't expect to like this one so much. A lot of what I tend to love about cinnamon rolls is the icing, which this doesn't have, of course, but this muffin cup is so good! It gives real, authentic flavor and the texture is great, as always. I often eat these cups as a dessert or breakfast sweet treat, and they help me get my extra protein in. Highly recommend.
