Easiest/most helpful/perfect 2 hold/adjust weights

Love these weights they are perfect because they have an easy quick adj. feature if 2lb. wts are too light/ 5lb. too heavy -you can do the 3lb. in-between, then work up to the heaviest just unscrew the cap on each end to insert 1,2,3, of the disks (do the same amt. of disks on each end.) These are easy to hold, these are the most helpful weights ever- made exercising results so much better!

What a great idea!

We have a small workout room in the house but when my husband is working out there really isn't enough room for me to workout too. Really nice that you can ajust the weight from 2-5 lbs very easily. Ive lost a lot of weight and am trying to exercise more to keep from getting flabby arms and this is doing the trick. Easily adjust weight by adding small weights or taking them out of the holder, easy screw on screw off ends.
