I have been using Herbatint for many years and I like it. I used other products but they cause me some irritation on my scalp. Herbatint is the only one that does not cause any irritations. It picks up my gray quite nicely. 70% of my hair are gray but people do not notice I have gray. I think the package has been renewed, please see the photo.

I love that you can split the dye into multiple treatments/separate uses! I keep my hair in shorter styles, and was always wasting half my hair dye whenever I decided to color it. Read the directions first, and it will tell you how to mix a portion and save to unmixed product for another day! Awesome if you just need to do roots too! And so much gentler to my head and hair than a typical chlorine bleach formula! The last huge win is that it beautifully covers my gray strands, and it lasts! My fav permanent hair color, and I've tried nearly every brand on the shelves and available online! This last year I've been use this to prep before adding a fun temp color, and its so easy to tone with a "blonding" shampoo when you wash the dye out! So easy and versatile, and leaves a very pretty blonde all by itself!
