Bad parts

The bolts connecting the ball joint to the arm keep coming loose. I have had them tightened twice, there is no way that should happen. It should never have been loose in the first place especially as a fully intact part. My mechanic did the initial install. I initially thought he made a mistake. Then the same issue has risen again after me visually seeing him retighten the nuts. I drive Uber and this has cost me more than I can afford. I have video of the screws being loose when I took the car to be checked.
