Great bike! The five stars are for the bike itself, Walmart customer service was less than stellar (maybe two stars?) The pictured bike is actually the second Axum I has delivered, the first arrived in a heavily damaged box with no parts box. When I took it back to my local Walmart, the only option given to me was returning the entire bike since apparently no one could be bothered to check and see if there was an extra spare Schwinn parts box in the back or coordinate to have the manufacturer mail one to me. Calling the 1-800 number was even less helpful. With that, I returned the entire bike and had to reorder. Weeks later, a new bike arrived with parts box included. Since then, I've ridden it a few times on local trails and had a lot of fun. Great frame and easy to customize. I've already added better pedals and hydraulic brakes (though the mechanical brakes seemed to work better than expected). I'll probably upgrade the fork but the stock one isn't that bad, just extremely heavy. No complaints here about the bike itself, but we will see how it holds up. Would only recommend the bike for those 5'10-6'2 or so since the frame is quite large, as others have indicated.

Great biike because finally there is a decent Walmart bike at a good price that looks good and rides smooth. It is also upgradable and can be used as a tool to self teach oneself how to upgrade a bike on a tight budget.
