I think the people complaining about this couch think that a comfortable couch means sinking to the floor; news flash, that's the real reason why so many Americans have joint issues lol. If the back is wiggling separately from the bottom after the arms are on, its cause they arent on properly. If it rocks when you sit on it, its either your weight [no shame ofc, its an under $200 couch so its bound to happen], your floor isnt level, or the legs arent tightened evenly. all the complaints i saw, i found out were mainly user error. im glad i decided to ignore the bad reveiws lol The foam is like a nice version of patio furniture; firm, but not to the point of discomfort. if thats not what youre purposely looking for, then this may be a slight disappointment. this couch is perfect, again unless youre on the bigger side, im 120lbs so i have no issue with it rocking but my friend around 220 did slightly, pretty sturdy otherwise 🛋 100% recommend
