I would buy another.

When unwrapping and laying out the cushion it's fragile. After the 72 hours of letting it fluff, seemed to be a little sturdier. I've had the 2inch one for about 2 weeks and my bed is so much more comfortable. I only bought because my bed was just a bit too firm for me. Plus I got it on sale. I wouldn't have paid $100 for it

I slept on the mattress pad for two nights before writing this review. It is medium firm, but very comfortable sleeping in any position. Definitely let it fluff laying flat for two days before using it. It is compacted for shipping and will be flat and very wrinkled fresh out of the box. I prefer to sleep on the flat side. The pad helped my back and neck very much. I injured my back and was in a lot of pain when trying to sleep before buying this pad. The pad is comfortable even with my 100 pound dog sleeping beside me, at my feet, or at my head, so I assume it would also be comfortable for two people in the bed. The pad conforms to your body shape for superior comfort, and springs back into shape nicely. Pad has no chemical odor, or any scent at all.
