it was delivered the following day after i ordered it which was awesome. the cost wasn't very high and the quality is okay when i was putting it on my kids too bunk the corner area pulled apart slightly. it amazed me how comfortable it was because it doesn't seem very thick but it does add a very noticeable difference on our twin size mattress. it would be great for camping, a dorm room, or to add to a pullout couch or air mattress.

Everything was great, the product, the delivery, all good. The gel pad is super comfy.

Accurate description. Though I feel the packaging is way too aggressive. Having to wait two full days to use the product is excessive. I think you should roll it loosely and send it in a longer box.

Never received the item. Having trouble getting refund.

Its soft, it is not like it appears in the video. I try like it says on the paper. I used my hair dryer, I shake it with my hands. I did all that,through front and back. and it stay down. its not hard or puffy at all.

I only intended to order one of these but I received two identical products from two separate vendors/brands . I'm not sure if I made a mistake in ordering or if Walmart made a mistake in shipping / fulfilling . please look into this and let me know . I will probably give a good review Once I determine which one to keep and which one to return

I didn't have to deal with the company. My item arrived exactly when they said it would arrive. The advertised product was what i got.

Product arrived as scheduled, well packaged and had good directions enclosed
