Multipurpose Herco Seal-Lube is perfect for applications where it proves difficult to normally install an O-ring or when a perfect, long-term seal is required. By lubricating parts with our silicone O-ring lube it can prevent the O-ring from catching, twisting, or turning inside out during installation and use. On many applications where clearances are tight, our silicone lube can be the difference between an easy installation and hours of frustration! Due to its thermal and physical stability, this high viscosity silicone fluid can safely be used in high temperature and high pressure applications. In fact, the operating temperature for this lubricant exceeds the operating temperature of most O-rings! Herco Seal-Lube O-ring lubricant is also chemically compatible with most common O-ring compounds. Conforms to SAE AS-8660 (formerly Mil-S-8660C). Made in USA.
