Sterling silver cz dome ring

Purchased this ring to replace the one I lost. The first ring looked expensive and had all the stones. I was always getting compliments on it. This ring looks like a prize from a Cracker Jack box. Very disappointed.

Ring looks good on but it's supposed to be sterling silver and not only is the ring changing colors but it's changing my finger colors
