Excellent!
First time buyer of a Real Mushroom supplement. After visiting their website I'm convinced that they offer high quality products. This L-Ergo stands out with a great price and the added benefit of Oyster Mushroom extract. Caps are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Don't really feel a direct effect but I'm pretty sure that I will benefit in the long run.

So many benefits to ergo, I only wish I knew of ergo sooner to start taking it in my 30's. Soon as real mushrooms began selling this product I was on board. I am a strong promoter of their 5 defenders, to add!
