Great supplement
I received this organic green blend from Spark Reviewer. I decided I would add it to my morning smoothie. I 1st tasted it dry and it didn't really have much flavor and then I added a scoopful to my green smoothie. It seemed to thicken up the smoothie a little. It didn't add much to the taste, in fact it may have lessened the sweetness which I didn't mind at all. I also did not notice an unpleasant after taste, so given the fact that it adds nutrients without an unpleasant taste, I will definitely continue to use this product.
Get healthy
I need to improve my overall health so I decided to get a food supplement and I chose Organic Greens Blend- Superfood Power. This supplement is a very good choice: there is Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron and Potassium. The taste is really similar to a mix of green tea and dried kale, which is not a problem because someone can mix the superfood powder with a natural juice like orange, which is a great option because the citrus feature of the juice helps the body to absorve better the iron. That what I have been doing, taking in the morning with orange juice. That are another options that how someone can use the superfood powder, as the manufacturer suggests recipes, such as a chicken casserole or in a banana cake with cinnamon. Which makes this supplement very good is the fact that is really low in sodium, also is gluten free and non GMO and above all that it is made with real dried organic vegetables and fruits. The carbs quantity is really low and the fiber amount is considerable. There is twenty two servings if someone use one tablespoon and there are just twenty five calories per serving. I think I found a good supplement.
Great Product
I received the BetterBody Foods Organic Greens Blend from Spark reviewer program for my honest opinion. I have to say that it tasted a lot better than I thought it would. I've have been using it for a couple weeks now. I have added this product to smoothies, my protein shakes and even juice. It tasted fine, I didn't really actually taste it all. I did mix it one morning with only water and could really taste it then, but the taste was not bad at all. The organic greens blend seemed to thicken up my smoothies and shakes a bit. It blended easily in both my blender cup and bullet blender. I think this is a great product to supplement my diet and to help me meet my vitamin and mineral needs. I plan to continue to use this product on a regular basis. The BetterBody Foods Organic Greens Blend is a great product. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to supplement their diet.
