The barbless Mustad Beak/Octopus 1X heavy wire Beak Hook is perfect for natural bait fresh- and saltwater presentation. Use it to target Sea Bass, Snapper, reef fish like Tautog and other species in the wrasse family. It is the ideal hook for baiting with Pilchards, Crab, Mackerel or Squid. The hook features a reversed hook point for improved hookset. Features an up-turned eye, which works particularly well in combination with the Snell knot for optimal presentation of the bait with the paternoster rig. The “MTL-V1” point combines a more efficient point design with a new sharpening process to enhance the quality.
