Versatile desk lamp!

I bought this light for my mother. She loves that she can focus the light on the counter to read and write with a brighter light. The cord is of a nice length, very sturdy, base has sufficient weight, gooseneck is easy to adjust to where you need the light, and the light is plenty bright enough. Easy to find the switch while lying down.

I like having the switch on the base rather than at the top of the lamp. I use it on my bedside nightstand and can easily reach the switch while lying down. It took a while to find this style, but I'm glad I was able to finally find it. Because the LED light is not replaceable, an earlier lamp I had was "converted" by cutting off the cord and then sticking a puck light on the head for a highly portable lamp for working puzzles.
