Best pain reliever on the market! The packs are hard for me to tear open as an elderly woman with rheumatoid arthritis. I really wish it were easier but it will have to be alright since I find so much relief from this product. I take it twice a day rather than the narcotics the drs try putting me on. Alright this lemon flavor and the strength of one packetđź’Ż. Let's get into the lemon flavor.. it's not harsh at all very mild ( I drink lemon juice straight so) even the lil after taste is. it overwhelming. It mixes very well with water or juice ( whatever you prefer) I personally throw it back and let the beverage mix in my mouth. It works almost immediately for the ache (wherever it is). For this who think the original is too much (taste wise)...grab these.
