we use this nightly as a melatonin substitution . we mix with a litle bit of water to thin it out. its a great way for our kiddos to get their vitamins in and a natural aide to help them have a good night's sleep.

Drop the melatonin for this

I was looking to wean my daughter off melatonin (used sparingly but still). I did a google search for top OTC magnesium and this was one of them. To my surprise it was a pocket up item which made me even more happy. My daughters love the flavor. You can definitely tell when it starts kicking in. My girls who usually were crazy at 7:30/8 now get this stuff at 7:30 and by 8 they are calm and mellow. I pair it with the magnesium gummie and by 9 they are out and sleep all night. No attitudes or pissiness in the am.
