Thinner cardboard than expected but still able

Cardboard is thinner than products purchased years ago, but it seems to have enough rigidity to avoid buckling if padding around the product inside touches the inside of the box. (We've only packed one box so far, so time will tell.) I don't know how the thickness of this product compares to others, though. Note that the first perforation for folding is at 2.0", with additional perforations at 2.5" and 3.0". Most of what we ship is around 1" thick, so we make our own folds. Making those custom folds is surprisingly difficult due to the rigidity of the cardboard, which is a GOOD thing.
