Duxtop LCD Portable Double Induction Cooktop, 1800W Electric Countertop Burner, 9620LS/BT-350DZ

My reason for purchasing this two-burner induction portable cooktop was the death of my gas range. I could not bring myself to spend over $1k on a range when I was trying to cook less. I wanted my cooking time to be less and cooler. For now, the portable cooktop resides on top of my dead range, whose innards (ovens) now house storage for pots and pans. And my baking is done in another Walmart purchase, a Black %26 Decker Toaster Oven. Only two things have caused me any concern about the induction cooktop. It's big, wider than U anticipated, and I might have purchased two single burners, storing one away until needed. Also, while cooking one must be careful not to accidentally turn the unit off. But there is a lock control to avoid that eventuality. Great purchase, however! - Lindy
