- The Nordika Series 200 mm bread knife has a wavy edge and an ideal tooth design for precise cutting of bread crust. It is perfect for cutting pieces of cake or bread. This knife was made to be harder, last longer, and cut more powerfully. It has an elegant design that combines the subtlety of rounded lines, along with the comfort and simplicity of its handling.
- PRECISION AND SMOOTHNESS: Made using a patented technique by ARCOS called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
- SOFT GRIP: The handle is made 100% from ovengkol, a hard wood sourced from a tree native to Africa, that comes from well-managed FSC certified forests. Another of its main characteristics are its brass rivets that give the handle an avant-garde design.
- DIMENSIONS: This Bread knife measures 317 mm in length and weighs 145 grams. Size Blade: 200 mm | 8” Inch making it a great tool for all your kitchen cutting needs.

The nitrogen steel formula, exclusively at Arcos, provides considerable hardness, better cutting capacity, and ensures a longer-lasting blade. One of its main characteristics are the brass rivets which give the handle an avant-garde design. The Nórdika series was designed with a spine or back of the blade with a rounded polish, providing the knife with a soft grip, which won't rub against your hand or create friction. To give the knife a warm feel, this knife is designed with a 100% natural Ovengkol wooden handle. This wood comes from well-managed FSC® with license code FSC® - C160381 certified forests. Packaged in 100% recycled cardboard that reduces the use of plastic by 70%.
