I received the nude headband instead of the tortoise shell. I called the number on a card for the company and explained the problem. I was informed that I would receive the correct headband and a return label within 3-5 days. I didn't receive the promised items, so I sent an email to Walmart regarding the problem. The company was to respond to me within 24 hours. I received a voicemail from the company stating that the tortoise shell headband was out of stock and that I would receive it and a return label for the other headband within a week. I received both items. I returned the nude headband and now have the correct one. If something is not correct, follow up to get what you paid for. Thanks to the company for following through on sending the correct item.

Beautiful, but too small for me.

Beautiful headband; love the tortoise shell style. However, it is so small that I could not wear it. I could get it on my head, but then it hurt, and the teeth would be great to hold my hair in place, but the teeth also hurt my head because it was too small for me. I returned it.
