Never got the product or received the order

I never got the product from Walmart and its reseller. Walmart and the reseller , when I reported the not received product/order gave me the run around and sent me to the US postal service automated service and website. That is unacceptable. Walmart and its reseller should have taken responsibility (but they did not take responsibility) of the lost / undelivered order/product. It doesn't seem that Walmart has their logistics methods and plans correctly defined. A customer should not have to resolve a shipping/logistics/lost order/not received product issue. That is the responsibility of the vendor and the logistics/shipper teams of the company or reseller selling the product. Again the experience was totally unacceptable.
