Excellent Quality Magnesium Powder
This is an excellent magnesium malate powder. It mixes very well in liquids. It does not taste great because it doesn't have a real flavor like fruit flavor. I make my own electrolytes at home with this magnesium and cut a piece of citrus fruit and squeeze a little orange or lemon juice in it for a little flavor. This magnesium powder lasts for a long time. It comes with a small scoop. I use one scoop per day in spring or filtered water with other ingredients to make my own daily electrolyte. A container lasts me for about 3 months. It works very well and also helps to alleviate leg cramps.
