Great Price, Okay Quality

I gave it 4 stars because there are some better quality wooden loft beds out there that will last longer than this one (I have not had it very long). Based on the description, "pine construction", it is indicating that it is composite wood and not solid pine. But for the price and the happy smiles that came with seeing the tent/fort area (which comes with the bed), I was very happy with our choice.
