Beautiful - not for jumping on the bed!

Purchased for my young grandchild who wanted a platform bed. It's really attractive but I want to state if this is for children, or they'll be around it, it's not a bed for jumping on. The slats support the mattress only. You could possibly lay some plywood across them but they're not made to support that type of activity.

Simple and efficient

The legs look like shaped 1x4's, which was disappointing. Other than that, the bed is sturdy enough for the guest room. Looks nice. Even includes a place to plug in your phone charger!
