This is my regular deodorant. It lasts all day, even though hot weather. I walk my dog a lot and typically get 15 to 20K steps daily. At that rate I find myself showering in the evening - then I reapply this when I'm done and I'm good to go until the AM.

I like this deodorant overall it lasts a long time and doesn't leave any residue, which is great. However, if you have sensitive skin I wouldn't recommend it, as it can cause irritation or a burning feeling for some people. Works well otherwise, but be careful if your skin is easily irritated.
