Shipping and handling was poor. Pods were covered in detergent during transit

Everything was great. I got my product when they said I would and it was packaged fine too

The packaging wasn’t damaged, but most of the pods had exploded.

All texts indicated 14 January, however, upon some research it supposedly arrived on 5 January

It arrived a day later than expected, but that was not a problem.

Not only does this product get our dishes clean it also cleans the coffee carafe like brand new. My wife puts one pod into the carafe to soak for a couple of hours. She then washes and rinses it out. The inside of the carafe looks brand new.

i brought the package in as soon as it was dropped off but SEVERAL of the pods were broken open inside their container rendering them useless
