Minty fresh and sugar-free! Perfection!

I really love the whole Extra brand of chewing gum. Every flavor I have tried has been delicious. However, I really enjoy mint gum and Extra Spearmint is my favorite! It is super refreshing and just the right size to be able to have a quick chew and not look like your mouth is full in public. I read that there are benefits to chewing sugar free gum. That it increases saliva which helps cleanse the mouth, reduces decay risk and can help stregthen enamel. For these reasons, I keep it with me when out so that I can chew a piece after eating to help protect my teeth until I get home to brush. Plus the flavor is great, it is a stress reducer, and makes your breath smell awesome! I especially love the packs with the plastic closable cover. They are "Extra" convenient to carry in my bag!

Best gum 100% of the time

This is my fave chewing gum ever! I chew it every single day. The taste is delicious and lasts for a long time. And the texture is perfect it's not gritty or too tough it's just perfect. I really like the big packages with hard plastic covers to keep at my work desk and the smaller ones fit so well in my purse and car. No matter which packaging the gum sticks are always fresh.

Great tasting, long lasting sugar free gum

Great flavour! Long lasting minty fresh gum without being overpoweringly minty. Comes in a convenient package which keeps the gum fresh for ages. Prefer this spearmint flavour as it's milder mint taste, and as it's sugar free chewing it after meals helps to reduce plaque and protect your teeth while also freshening your breath.
