I ordered one beige and one purple clear bags from this seller on 4/16/23. I really don't want to write a negative review on this seller because I received the two clear tote bags (Beige and purple) faster than the estimated time inside a plastic bag (not box). The seller did their job to ship out the item. But it is just the quality of the bags are very quality. So it was just the product manufacturing issues which I had thought. Once it arrived on 4/24/23, I immediately checked the bags. Beige one: inside (the base) is very very thin and tearing/creasing, It looks like it is not finished at all or have been used. Both bags are very fragile. And the straps are shorter than the measurement provided on the website. Also the materials used on the small beige and small purple bags are completely different. The beige one's quality is very very bad (but it does not really show up on the photo I took). So I initiated returns and shipped back the two items (in a box) on the same day I received the packages. On the description it says: Length: 34cm/13.39", Height: 29cm/11.42", Thickness: 14cm/5.51" (Approx.) My measurement: Length: 12.5 in Height: 10.6 in Thickness: 5.25 Today is 4/29, I only got one bag refunded (when I returned both very poor quality bags). I am very upset because it took me at least couple hours to search online to find these two bags which “only look nice on photos”. Now the seller forces me to consume more of my time to contact Walmart and to write up a one star review to warn other buyers. I should have listened to other reviewer's complaints and should not have purchased from this seller. Even the manufacturer has problems, they should still check their products before they shipped it out. Otherwise, it would consume both the seller's and buyer's time.
