I was skeptical because of how cheap the item was but it is 100 percent actual Norvell Venetian. Color looks amazing and customer service was great through the third party seller. My item got lost/delayed in shipment due to the California fires and the the Texas snow storm. I reached out to them and they sent me another one. Both ended up arriving so I will be returning the second one they ended up sending since my original order did eventually make it.
