Great service!

I ordered these items for my daughter's Christmas present. She loved the set l got her 2 years ago. Unfortunately, there was a mistake on one number of my address that l didn't catch. I tracked the shipping, and noted it was out for delivery and then later that afternoon it showed the post office marked it undeliverable. They threw it away! I called Vera Bradley Customer Service and they replaced it for free after correcting the address!

Perfect when you need portability

These days, to go anywhere, you need clear bags/small bags, but there are no limits on wallets. This wallet is perfect—I don't use it all the time, but when I'm going somewhere that's restrictive, I throw the essentials on here and hook it on my keys. Perfect!!

Love this black grey and white pattern.

I had one similar to this but in dark fall colors. This one reminds me of the one that I gave to my sister and it matched her kindle pouch of the same materials and pattern wish she was still around to share this with. I'd give anything to have here with us for Christmas.
