These stocking holders are pretty great. I was worried they wouldn't be heavy enough but they come with a strip off double sided tape that helps hold them to the mantle. they can be easily remove and repositioned as well. They are thick, but can still be bent to fit a variety of mantle designs. We had to squeeze them together a bit to get a tight fit on our mantle, but do far, they are pretty sturdy and work great!
