It is hard to find an XS Harness let alone one that is adorable! This Red Doggy Parton Gingham Dog Harness with bow is so cute! I love the fabric it's silky smooth. The bow is perfect and it has a cute gem accent in the bow. This is the easiest harness to put on - over the head, velcro under tummy and go. I love how it provides better support for the neck than a collar and is way easier and cuter than any other harness I could find.
