What I didn't like about the Reliable 1, 500mg acetaminophen is the tablet itself. I didn't think the round tablet was still being made. For me, it was hard to swallow because of the thick round shape that doesn't have the coating of acetaminophen caplets. If Reliable 1 started offering the coated caplets, I would buy it because the caplets are easier for me to swallow. On the upside, it works like acetaminophen should, relieving aches and pains. As someone who cannot take aspirin, motrin, ibuprofen without having asthma attacks, I love the way acetaminophen works.

Beware of this seller's shady practice

I ordered what was advertised as Reliable 1 Extra Strength (500 mg) Acetaminophen 2 pack from this seller. If Western MA pharmacies sold this brand, I would not have ordered from this seller. What I received was a bottle of extra strength and one regular strength (regular strength does not relieve my Osteoarthritis). I will NEVER order from this seller again!
