All LEDs not working

Received and self installed with minimal effort. Unfortunately I didn't test lights before installing, and later found 4 LEDs not working., 2,on each end! Again unfortunately the auto I installed on left for WV, and I wasn't going to be able to reinstall and return item before expiration of limited return window. Moral here.. test before install, and don't just assume all works just because it's new.
