I was in a MVA with spinal injuries, hip problems,neck injury, sciatica etc. This chair has made a dramatic difference. Easy to take naps in, the head rest can be adjusted, I sit on a heated throw with it and cover with a blanket. Easy to adjust between sitting and laying down. cup holder and cell phone/ remote for tv is handy. Takes pressure off my back.
