You use up your calcium in your bones eveyday and you "Must Replace It, Everyday", Otherwise you will have weak bone density as you get older and you don't want that because you will have weak bones which can break easier, even in younger people. I am 72 years old and have strong bones even though I have Osteo Arthritis, all my joints are fine and in tact because I kept up with my calcium through the years and continued to do so.
