Warehouse issues

Actually, I bought the pants and jacket and was looking forward to wearing them while recovering from surgery. Your messed up warehouse mis-picked the jacket, sending a 2x instead of the medium I ordered. Sent everything back-..was counting on you and you let me down. Probably won't order anything again.

soft and comfortable

Very comfortable, like a pair of pajamas, yet flattering on. I have long legs for my height and they were just long enough. If you find you need longer length in pants quite often, they might not be long enough for you. They are warm and look great with the matching cardigan style sweater.
