Ok I'm really impressed! I had a lot of water spill on my leather seats in my car and after a few days it started to smell like mildew so I called around to get a professional clean to remove the smell and omg it's hundreds of dollars! I bought this can and after 3 entire days if use saturating my leather seats the smell was GONE! Im soooooo happy! Then i cleaned and polished my leather seats walla brand new! This is the second time I purchased this item. I purchased two cans last time after Hurricane Beryl hit the Gulf Coast Galveston County and it was both very hot and humid. I had no electricity in my apartment for 7 days from Sunday to Saturday. I have lots of antique wood furniture and also cloth furniture. Everything had visible mold, mildew and the smell and moisture was unbearable! I am highly allergic to MOLD!¡!!!!

Totally obliterated the visible mildew on the back outside of a fabric sofa with little more than a lite touch of a cloth to absorb the moisture left from the spray. Couldn't be more satisfying on the modest size area of a sofa backside. So far no added buildup on the surface after a few weeks.
