No Directions- Not for Beginner

I really was excited about this item. The only issue is that there were no directions included. I did end up looking on Youtube. I found directions. I wanted to see if I could change a lamp whose switch was broken. Unfortunately, me being an amateur I was not able to complete it. I did have my neighbor, who is a great electrician, who came over and finished it in 10 minutes. So in the end this item was great when it is installed for its intended purpose. You will have to have a little background on how to install it. I love my lamp again.

Really hard to use

This product is really hard to use that you probably think I am dumb or something but to be honest with you when you open this thing up it's not like a normal switch like it is very different has like six little prongs in it you do not know where to put the wires through and it is very difficult for a complex switch there needs to be instructions. I bought this when the two star comment was on this product and I thought he didn't know what he was doing so I bought it thinking that how hard a switch could be to operate but after opening it up now I know why he gave it a two star review. And just in case I put a image of the inside so you know what you are going to get. Hopefully you are not like me know and know what the inside looks so it can help you with the purchase.
