We had a previous brush with a smaller surface the same ejector on it however the bristles are very sharp and pointy and I was worried about hurting the kitties. This brush has a wider girth with more bristles in the bristles or not really hard but they're just right and the cats love it

This is the best brush I've ever used on my cats. We all love it! I love how easy it is to use and even easier to clean. Just push the button and the fur rises to the top and is easily lifted off, clean and neat. No more fur left behind in the bristles. My kitties love that the bristles are soft and the tips are coated so they don't scratch their skin. I highly recommend it.
