No regrets with these tires...Great on Highlander!

Great quality tires that exceeded my expectations. These are made in Japan and work great on my Toyota Highlander. I was a little hesitant to purchase at first but Blizzaks were not available at the time and these were recommended to me by a friend. I am very pleased at the handing and stopping distance on the snow with these tires...I would say Dunlop really nailed it with this product. Makes driving in the winter more calm and pleasant....no more white knuckle mountain trips....great gas mileage with these as well.

5 stars for tires, zero stars for service. No one at service counter when we arrived. We waited almost a half hour and went to the service desk for help. We recd numerous texts advising if we were more than 10 min late, our appt would be cancelled. We arrived at 6:59 am for a 7 am appt. The service desk said it was prob cancelled because we didn't get to the customer service desk until 7:20. We were waiting at the auto service desk!! We were finally told the employee was late. The tech got the inside of my car filthy. Never put the current tires in bags as required, so the back end of my Toyota is filthy with wet and dirty snow. Even my keys and steering wheel were dirty. Great tires but very poor service.

Great tires for a great price. The lady that was wearing a mask was supposed to be helping the mechanic area I think....... she was not helpful and the mechanics were having to work around her. They still did a great job and the product is great....but her? It was painful to watch.
