I took 2 pills at 8pm. I struggle with ibsc. I fell asleep around 2am thinking the pills didn't work. Woke up at 6am feeling like my intestines were being ripped apart. My whole body was shaking from pain. After an hour, it happened. Tears running down my face in relief. 10/10
