This Gazebo was a permanent replacement for a 10' x 12' soft material top one we had to take apart every winter. It has pleasantly done that and much more, extra size means more room for everything, solid roof makes the building sturdy and strong. The build was extensive, a lot of pieces, at least 2 people needed but more is helpful, comes in 4 boxes so be sure to keep each box contents together and follow the well written instructions also put aside a nice afternoon to get it together. Pieces were cut and matched up well, no problems so far (3 months) If you are looking for a large permanent gazebo this comes highly recommended!
